The Boca Raton Tribune Features The Guaranteed Gourmet
The Boca Raton Tribune published a feature article exploring the educational philosophy behind The Guaranteed Gourmet. Rather than focusing simply on recipes, the article examines why so many home cooks struggle with traditional cookbooks and how my approach is designed to remove guesswork through clear, carefully organized instruction.
The feature highlights a philosophy I developed during more than four decades as an educator: people perform better when instructions are written to teach rather than simply describe. That philosophy has shaped how I taught students throughout my career and how I wrote The Guaranteed Gourmet.
